and now for something completely sacrilegious

I love all three Terminator movies (although number 2 is definitely the best of the bunch) and I simply cannot wait for the fourth one to come into theaters this summer. Christian Bale as John Conner? Can it get any better? I submit that it cannot!!!

So to get you all super pumped for the latest addition to the Terminator family (that's right; stop listening to Christian Bale's stupid rant or its various incarnations), I have found this little tribute to the Governator's finest role, courtesy of MadTV. And no, it's not kosher.

christian singing

So I will admit: Eddie Izzard is kind of hard to look at (being a transvestite) and he likes to insert various words into his comedy act which (generally speaking) I avoid...but he's damn funny. And brutally honest, in many ways. Especially in this clip.

elections come and gone

We came. We saw. We voted. And nobody noticed.

But we can laugh at ourselves. Because Lord knows, everybody else laughs at us anyways.

i'm in a video kind of mood

This is cool. And they are not kidding when they tell you that headphones are required to watch it.

...and this was a cartoon for kids!!!

Right now, I'm doing some research for a paper about Mark Twain's view of Satan. He wrote several things from Satan's perspective, including excerpts from Satan's diary and "Letters from the Earth." One of the books I'm going to be looking at is his novella The Mysterious Stranger, in which Satan is the main character. So far, I haven't actually read the novella, but in the midst of my research, I found this video clip on Youtube. Needless to say, I am rather scarred by it. Now I'm wondering exactly what this The Mysterious Stranger is about...we shall see...
